Those shoulder mounted ones must have some serious recoil issues.

Anti-Tank weapons are normally built to have an open back, because if they didn't, the recoil would be massive. This means the projectile being fired is slower, but it also means it won't rip your body from your feet.

I was talking about mine systems. Something the size of a regular subwoofer can be left unattended for 20 years and kill any enemy tank in 200 yards.

Those are still rather heavy. Imagine carrying a police battering ram, four shotputs, and five subwoofers.
